Urban Outfitters added CBD infused FITISH Beauty products to its fall lineup. Currently, FITISH Tone Down, Dewing It and Don’t Sweat It are available at UrbanOutfitters.com.

“CBD is all the rage right now, and for good reason,” said Jenna Owens, FITISH Founder and CEO and co-host of The Kidd Kraddick Morning Show. “We’ve seen amazing results from our customers using FITISH Beauty, and we’re incredibly honored Urban Outfitters selected our CBD infused products for their fall lineup.”

Cool Thursdays Concert Subscriptions for 2020 On Sale

The Dallas Arboretum’s premier concert series “Cool Thursdays” season subscriptions, sponsored by Wells Fargo, are on sale now.

As Dallas’ only concert series overlooking the picturesque White Rock Lake on the award-winning Martin Rutchik Concert Stage and Lawn, concert subscriptions have a history of selling out quickly.

In addition to the coolest view of White Rock Lake, attendees can bring picnics and beverages or purchase food from some of DFW’s favorite food trucks. The gardens are also open to stroll through before the concert to enjoy the stunning floral displays.

The 2020 lineup will feature nine new exciting tribute bands.

New bands for spring include “Hotter Than July”, A Stevie Wonder Tribute Band, “JT”, The Incredible Tribute to Justin Timberlake and “Kids In America”, Totally 80s Tribute Band.

New bands for fall include “The Troubadour Experience”, A Tribute to George Strait, “Hot August Night”, A Tribute to Neil Diamond and “The British Are Coming”, World’s Greatest British Rock Tribute Group.

Subscription packages are the smartest deal for tickets, offering savings of up to 66 percent, and make for unique and long-lasting Christmas gifts.

All packages purchased by December 3 will be delivered in time for the holidays.

Complete series subscriptions – 22 concerts – are on sale for $333. Spring series only – 13 concerts – are $210, and fall series only – 9 concerts – are $165.

The concert series continues every Thursday this spring and early summer and again in the fall. Gates open at 6 p.m., spring concerts begin at 7:30 p.m. and fall concerts begin at 7 p.m.

2019 Dallas Soiree is Top Fundraiser in U.S. Dinner Events for ALSAC/St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital

It has been another record-setting year for the St. Jude Evening Under the Stars Party and Golf Classic.

On Saturday, November 2, more than 1,250 guests filled the Dallas Ballroom at the Omni Hotel Dallas to celebrate and raise over $2.37 million dollars for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital at the 18th Annual Evening Under the Stars Party.

Now the top revenue-generating dinner event for St. Jude in the country, the DFW metroplex Evening Under the Stars Party and Golf Classic continues to break records and amaze crowds year after year.

Hosted by Event Chairs Holly and Doug Brooks, this annual two-day fundraising event helps to ensure families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food – because all they should worry about is helping their child live.

Treatments invented at St. Jude have helped push the overall childhood cancer survival rate from 20 percent to more than 80 percent since it opened more than 50 years ago.

“It’s incredible to see the Dallas community come together to support the mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital” said Kathy Fairbanks, Regional Executive Director. “Through the hard work of committee members, sponsors, and donors the St. Jude Evening Under the Stars Party continues to set a new fundraising record each year in support of the mission of St. Jude.”

This year’s party honored the efforts of well-known Philanthropists David and Carolyn Miller and their generous support of St. Jude and the Dallas community.

The evening began with a cocktail reception and silent auction, followed by seated dinner, program, live auction with renowned Auctioneer Letitia Frye, and wrapped up with entertainment provided by the Emerald City Evolution Band. Members of the world-famous Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders also appeared at the event to greet and take photos with guests.

During the Live Auction portion of the evening, St. Jude Patient Speaker Madison wowed the audience with a custom hand-made portrait which was gifted to be sold in the live auction and raised an astounding $20,000. The top generating item of the evening was the Del Frisco’s Night to Remember that sold for $75,000.

The event featured patient artwork as the St. Jude Mission Moment throughout the evening.

Patient artwork and the importance of art at St. Jude was highlighted throughout the event through the use of augmented reality to bring artwork to life and also tell the story behind the patient who created the piece. St. Jude uses artwork as a way for patients to tell their own story and express themselves during treatment.

On Monday, November 4, over 240 Golfers gathered at Stonebriar Country Club in Frisco for the 24th Annual St. Jude Golf Classic.

Chaired by Joe Haggar III and Lou Grabowsky, the event began with lunch at 10:30 a.m., tee off at noon with scramble format, and concluded with a cocktail reception and awards ceremony.

For 2020, the 19th Annual St. Jude Evening Under the Stars Party will take place on Saturday, November 7 & the 25th Annual Golf Classic will be held on Monday, November 9.

Individual tickets for the Party start at $250 with sponsorship opportunities available, and individuals/foursomes may register for the Golf Classic for $500 per person.
