
Arboretum Ladies Luncheon Feast
Join Lorie Fangio, teaching chef and owner of A Taste of Paris™, for a Ladies Luncheon Feast. Lorie will teach the recipes in this light hands-on class as guests enjoy a 4-course meal.
The starter will be Tomato Basil and Gruyere Tartlets. The second course will be a Nest Salad with goat cheese eggs. The third and main course will be Ham, Cheese and Asparagus Crepes drizzled with Hollandaise Sauce, served alongside Ratatouille Rounds. The dessert course will include Chocolate Shards and Citrus Shortbread Cookies.
Guests should meet at the Donald and Charlotte Test Pavilion at A Tasteful Place.
